Vitamin Analysis

We have validated a robust analytical method to detect and quantify 10 water-soluble vitamins: thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), nicotinic acid (B3-OH), nicotinamide (B3-NH2), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, biotin (B7), folic acid (B9), vitamin B12, and vitamin C, and fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K) components by separation through a reverse phase column and diode array detection (DAD). DAD allows highly sensitive simultaneous analysis at optimal wavelengths.
