An integrated introduction to immunology is covered in this course, which also makes use of methods found in diagnostic and research laboratories.     • Dedicated Lab Space:- Modern biology and medicine are based on molecular genetics. It allows us to decipher the genetic data that is encoded in our RNA and DNA.

      PCR Hood: In genetic and molecular biology labs, PCR hoods are used to stop sample contamination.

      Thermocycler: PCR has many research and practical applications. It is routinely used in gene expression,DNA cloning, medical diagnostics, and forensic analysis.

      Real Time PCR: The primary characteristic of RT-PCR is the "real time" detection of DNA amplification while the PCR is running. Using a "fluorescent reporter," which monitors the fluorescent signal to determine the amount of amplified DNA molecules directly, the PCR progression is evaluated.

      Microarray & Sequencer: Thousands of DNA sequences can be analyzed simultaneously using microarrays for genetic research and diagnostic purposes.

      DNA Concentrator: The DNA Concentrator is used to efficiently concentrate DNA/RNA from various samples.

      Other Basic Lab Equipments:  Other equipments used in molecular biology labs are distilled water unit,ICE flaking machine,electrophoresis units, Gel documentation system with gel analysis software, linear current power supply, refrigerated centrifuges, water bath,dry bath etc.

      Bioinformatics: There are several great online tools and platforms for learning bioinformatics, depending on your level and interests like; IIT virtual Learning Platform,NCBI Bioinformatics Resources.

      Basic Lab Techniques: Basic calculation of chemical preparation (use graph pad or molarity dilution app), buffer preparation, Pipetting,pH, sterlization etc is included in every course..

      Note: All basic experiments of qualitative and quantitative analysis of various types of products, basic microbiology, basic in vitro cell culture, and PCR-based experiments will be available on our YouTube channel from time to time.
