Dedicated Lab Space:- Modern biology and medicine are based on molecular genetics. It allows us to decipher the genetic data that is encoded in our RNA and DNA.
PCR Hood: In genetic and molecular biology labs, PCR hoods are used to stop sample contamination.
Thermocycler: PCR has many research and practical applications. It is routinely used in gene expression,DNA cloning, medical diagnostics, and forensic analysis.
Real Time PCR: The primary characteristic of RT-PCR is the "real time" detection of DNA amplification while the PCR is running. Using a "fluorescent reporter," which monitors the fluorescent signal to determine the amount of amplified DNA molecules directly, the PCR progression is evaluated.
Microarray & Sequencer: Thousands of DNA sequences can be analyzed simultaneously using microarrays for genetic research and diagnostic purposes.
