083770 82003By measuring the absorbance of light, spectrophotometry can determine the concentration of specific chemicals in a solution, making it invaluable in both research and industrial applications. Spectrophotometry services involve the measurement of how substances absorb or transmit light at different wavelengths. These services are widely used in chemistry, biology, pharmaceuticals, environmental science, and material analysis.
- Trace Analysis
- Vitamin Analysis
- Microbiome Analysis Services
- Allergen Analysis
- G.M.O Analysis
Trace analysis refers to the detection and quantification of extremely low concentrations (often in the ppm, ppb, or ppt range) of elements, compounds, or contaminants in various samples
- Non Volatile Organic Trace Analysis
- Volatile or semi volatile Organic trace analysis
- Elemental / In-organic Trace Analysis
- Impurity Analysis
Analysis of water-soluble vitamins We have validated a robust analytical method to detect and quantify 10 water-soluble vitamins: thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), nicotinic acid (B3-OH), nicotinamide (B3-NH2), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, biotin (B7), folic acid (B9), vitamin B12, and vitamin C.
Analysis of water-fat-soluble vitamin We have developed fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K), a reverse-phase column, and diode array detection (DAD).
Immunological allergen detection by means of ELISA: ELISA methods detect the allergen protein molecule by binding antibodies to the allergen. The samples are processed and change color to confirm the presence of the allergen protein.
PCR-ELISA: In the PCR-ELISA method, the detection of an allergen does not require gel electrophoresis. The amplified DNA fragment is labeled with biotin or digoxygenin
GMO screening by PCR method is a fast and cost-effective method for the detection of various GMOs. To achieve this objective, we will use the 35S (promoter) and NOS (terminators) primers, and qualitative and semi-quantitative determination is possible. Analysis by immunoassay is also used in GMO detection.
