    • 90% of the training is non classroom and hands on based. The trainees will be given chance to work on self learning Experience certificates will be given to all the trainees who complete the full training schedule with discipline and diligently. Continual evaluations will be conducted during the training period and a score will be issued based on this, which illustrates the trainee’s performance and abilities.
