    • Dedicated Cell Culture Room:This is an essential part of a successful cell culture project; in order to prevent contamination, a separate room or space should be set aside for it.

      Inverted light microscope: coupled with epi-fluorescence and CCD-cooled camera with cell analysis software are crucial imaging tools that are required for live cell imaging, cell culture applications, and other studies.

      Fluorescence Microscope:-Fluorescence serves as a detection mechanism in a fluorescent microscope. Detailed images of the characteristics of cells and tissues can be obtained using fluorescent microscopes.

      Flow Cytometry:-.Assays for cell proliferation, cell cycle analysis, apoptosis, and transfection effectiveness within cells are all included in this widely used equipment.

      Fridge, freezers (−20°C, −80°C), liquid nitrogen storage:  to store cells, cell material, and culture components.

      Other Basic Lab Equipments:  Cell culture labs require separate equipment like filtration assembly with vacuum pump, pH meter, pipettes and pipettors, centrifuges, shaker, autoclave, and water bath to avoid contamination.
