You'll use Bradford/Lowry assays for protein quantification, dialysis for desalting, and Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) for size-exclusion based purification of your target protein.
Duration: 12 Hrs / Weekend ( Pre Registration Required)
Service Charges: We charge fee to cover the expenses of chemical and reagents that is INR 5,000 /- (Indian Nationals) & $100 (Foreign Nationals) for each workshop
Note: The program utilizes advanced instrumentation, specialized chromatographic resins, and high-grade analytical reagents. Because the fee directly covers these extensive consumable costs and dedicated instrument, the fee structure is fixed and non-negotiable.
